HW Masters athletes were in the medals at the Surrey and Sussex County Championships at Kingston on June 2. Lisa Thomas (above left) won gold in the W50 400m and 300m hurdles, and bronze in the W35 800m. Emilie Bokor Ingram claimed a complete set, winning the W35 400m and taking silver in the 200m and bronze in the 100m.

A successful weekend at the Surrey Indoor Championships at the David Weir Leisure Centre, Carshalton, saw HW athletes bagging 13 medals, of which seven were gold.
