PAYING YOUR ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION (DUE ON JANUARY 1, 2012)

Annual subscriptions are due on January 1st, 2012 and the rates remain unchanged:

Aged 19 and over: £20; U19 or full-time student: £15; Family membership: £40;
Aged 19 and over (HW as 2nd claim club): £15; U19 or full-time student (HW as 2nd claim club): £10.

You can pay your 2012 subscription here and set up an annual payment - simply select the rate from the dropdown list and click ‘Subscribe’. You will then be taken to a secure website where you can pay via your PayPal account or your debit or credit card. Please can you do so on, or as soon as possible after, January 1, 2012. You will be able to cancel/change this arrangement before your next annual payment.

Each subscription is processed separately. Please ensure for each subscription that you also enter the member’s name in the box below in order that your payment can be clearly identified. If you are selecting Family membership, please enter the names of all the family members to be covered.

Alternatively payment can be made by cheque made out to “Hercules Wimbledon Athletic Club”. Please send this, together with a note of the member(s) name(s) covered by the payment, to Simon Ingall, 1 Walham Rise, Wimbledon Hill Road, Wimbledon, London SW19 7QY (or place both in an envelope and hand to a club official, in which case cash is also acceptable).

If you have not done so already, please can you also use the opportunity to let Simon know if your address, telephone number or e-mail address has changed in the last year (or notify this to him at singall@clara.net ). Many thanks.
